What is a subscription box?

A subscription box service is a box of products sent to Marzipans on a quarterly basis (that means once every 3 months). You will get 4 boxes every year. You can purchase my subscription box here. By its very nature, a subscription box is a recurring product, which means that you are automatically charged once every quarter after your first purchase (unless you cancel within the term deadline, of course!) and your box will automatically be delivered to you once every quarter. The shipping and recharge schedule for subscription boxes is:

Do I have to order a subscription box every quarter?

No, you don’t. To make it convenient for you, your subscription automatically renews each 3 months until you cancel within the term deadline. So you will be charged for every box until you cancel your subscription.

How many boxes do I have to buy when I checkout?

All you have to do is checkout with 1 x Quarterly Box. Your subscription will automatically renew for the next box on the next recharge date, at which time an order will automatically be created and emailed to you. Your box will ship to you after that. Please see the box delivery dates below.

When will I get my subscription box?

The subscription box is sent out to you once a quarter (that means once every three months), and you will be automatically recharged once every quarter. This is the shipping and recharge schedule:

How much does the subscription box cost?

My subscription box costs $29 USD per quarter (plus shipping). My "V.I.M." ("Very Important Marzipan Box") costs $89 per quarter (plus shipping).

How much is shipping and what countries do you ship to?

Shipping is as little as $6.99, depending on where you live. Your shipping rate is calculated at checkout. In the USA, we ship standard shipping with USPS and takes anywhere from 2-12 business days. International shipping times may very between 2-4 weeks. We do not guarantee shipping times. Boxes are shipped globally to most places. For a specific list of shipping countries, please go through to the checkout to see the list.

If you need to update your shipping address, ensure you email into hey@reelstyle.co with the new address at least 1 month ahead of your orders scheduled shipping date. If your address is not updated in the correct timeframe, or you enter it in incorrectly, ReelStyle is not responsible for resending the order or issuing a refund.

How many products are in the subscription box?

The number of products in each box varies. There are usually 6-10 products in my $29/quarter subscription box. And there are the same 6-10 products in my $89 PLUS all kinds of extra things like gift cards, pieces from my fashion collection, and much more!

How do I cancel my subscription box?

Subscription box cancellations are taken by phone only. Please call 1-800-420-4813 and we will be happy to help you. The customer service lines are open Monday to Friday, 12 pm - 3 pm EST. *If you have any issues reaching a Rep via phone, please notify us ASAP at hey@reelstyle.co*

Your subscription cancellation will take effect only if requested by the 15th of the month prior to the upcoming charge/renewal. You must cancel by December 15th if you want to cancel the Flower box arriving in early April (If you want the Flower box to be your very last you receive, you must cancel before March 15th). Cancelling a subscription will not cancel and refund previous orders. 

NOTE: If you choose to subscribe between the 16th to the end of the quarter, you automatically agree to the following quarter's charge.

WHY is the cancellation policy this way? 

All of the items in your subscription box are specially made-to-order, and very often made by hand in North America. As such, the boxes are very special and made with utmost care and quality. Your upcoming box/charge goes into production on the 16th of the quarter prior (e.g. your Summer box/charge goes into production on Feb 16th), hence the reason our cancellations for the upcoming box/charge must be taken on the 15th of the month prior. We thank you for your understanding.

I cancelled already, so why am I being charged?

The most common reason is that the cancellation did not take place within the cancellation term deadline.

How do I track my order's shipment?

International orders outside the USA are not trackable. If you live in the USA, they are trackable. As soon as your box is on its way, you will receive an email containing a tracking number that allows you to monitor its shipment. Please allow some time for the tracking number to update. In the USA, we ship with USPS which takes anywhere from 2-12 business days. We do not guarantee shipping times. Why am I receiving my box later than my friend?

The most common reason is shipping delays, or possible issues with customs in your country. Don't worry, your box will arrive soon!

Can I return my box or the other items on this site?

There are no returns or exchanges. All items are Final Sale. No refunds or store credit are granted. 

Are there additional Fees, Duties, Customs of Taxes?

U.S. residents, Canadian residents and European Union residents do not have to pay additional fees upon delivery. For residents outside of these countries, there may be additional fees due upon delivery. These fees are dependant on your local government and country import standards. These fees are out of our control and are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly encourage those who intend to subscribe to read the Terms and Conditions, so they are aware of the any and all charges involved with this recurring service.
